This bag is inspired by the Asian community that surrounds me — the temples, the colors, the architecture, and the peaceful energy I walk past every day. It’s not about copying religion or claiming a culture. It’s about respect. It’s about acknowledging the people who live here, work here, and bring beauty and tradition into our neighborhood.

The design pulls from what I actually see around me: the curved temple roofs, the prayer flags in the wind, the bright reds and golds, the calm presence of the stupas, and the artistry that shows up in every doorway and wall. These are the things that make my neighborhood feel alive.

I’m not trying to be deep or mystical. I’m just a man who appreciates where he lives and the people who share this space with me. Creating this bag was a way to honor that — to show love to the community that’s been part of my everyday life.
