Include the following in your message so we can get started:

  • Type of organization — e.g. basketball team, cheer squad, school group
  • Hoodies — how many and what sizes
  • Sweatpants — how many and what sizes
  • Logo — do you have a logo to send, or do you need us to create one?
  • Timeline — when do you need the order by?
  • Shipping destination — city and state

We'll respond within 48–72 hours with next steps and your deposit invoice. No work begins until the deposit is paid.

Custom Orders

We create custom apparel for any occasion — sports teams, family reunions, school groups, organizations, corporate events, and more. Your logo, your design, your vision. We make it happen.

🖨️ Screen Print

Ink applied directly to the garment. Great for bold graphics, large designs, and budget-conscious orders. Lower cost per piece.

🧵 Embroidery

Thread stitched directly into the fabric. Premium look and feel, built to last. Hats from $41, sweatpants from $57+, hoodies from $134+.

You can mix both in the same order. Leadership gets embroidery, the group gets print — same design, different technique, different price point.

👕 Garment

We use Gildan as our standard base.

⏱️ Estimated Timeline

  • Design Rendering: up to 5 business days after deposit is paid
  • Approval: you review and sign off
  • Production + Shipping: 3–4 weeks from approval to delivery

How It Works — Step by Step

  1. Submit Your Request — Fill out the form below with your order details and any design inspiration.
  2. We Reach Out Within 48–72 Hours — We'll personally contact you to talk through your design. We may even give you a call.
  3. Pay the $50 Design Deposit — Non-refundable. No work begins until this is paid. You'll also have the opportunity to upload visuals, logos, or inspiration at this stage.
  4. Receive Your Mockup — Digital design delivered within 5 business days of deposit payment. Nothing goes to print without your approval.
  5. Approve the Design — When you love it, we send your custom order payment link — your $50 deposit applied to your balance, your team or bulk discount code included, and free shipping already on us.
  6. Pay & We Build — Once payment is received, your order goes into production. All products are custom made to order — please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
