Here's how it works:

Step 1 — Fill out the order request form below. Tell us about your vision. Some clients come with a clear idea, others come with inspiration — either way, we want to hear from you. This is how we know you're serious and ready to build something.

Step 2 — We reach out within 48–72 hours. We'll personally contact you to acknowledge your request and talk through your design. We may even give you a call. If you're ready to move forward, we'll send you a secure $50 deposit link. You'll also have the opportunity to upload any visuals, logos, or inspiration to guide the design process.

Step 3 — Deposit received. Work begins. No work starts until your deposit is in. Once it is, allow up to 5 business days for your design mockup. Nothing goes to print without your approval — when you love it, we send your custom order payment link to set everything in motion.

Step 4 — Once you approve your design, we'll send you a secure custom order link with everything itemized — your $50 deposit will be applied to your final balance, your team or bulk discount code will be included, and free shipping is already on us. You review, you pay, we build. Once payment is received, your order goes into production. All products are custom made to order — please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. We never handle your payment information — your checkout is secure and processed directly through Shopify.
